We in the black community have far too long given our hard-earned dollars to other communities making them rich.
But few stopped to ask, what have other communities given back to us, who are the ones who have made them well off? The estimated spending power of the black dollar stands at over 1.5 to 2 trillion dollars but circulates at an average of 4 to 6 hours before it leaves our community. While nothing seems to change around us, and the mistreatment and abuse still persist, we have to start looking at ourselves and for our very own B1 communities and businesses to spend our money with.
You may ask, what does B1 mean? It means putting black people 1st, putting black families 1st, putting black love 1st, & putting black businesses 1st, because all we have is each other. We have to support our own, within our very own B1 communities 1st.
